From Empowerment to Expansion:

A Story of Gratitude and Growth

At Mercy Okhai Foundation in collaboration with TUPUC, we believe that a little support can spark meaningful transformation and today, we are proud to share one inspiring story from one of the beneficiaries from Abia State, that reflects just that.

Last year, the Mercy Okhai’s Foundation in collaboration with TUPUC empowered widows a hardworking widow in Abia with ₦20,000 to improve her pure water business.

What started as a small boost has now grown into something greater. Not only has she strengthened her pure water sales, but she has also expanded by adding other items to her business.

Her determination, resilience, and wise use of the support have turned a simple empowerment into a growing source of livelihood.

What touched us even more was her heartfelt appreciation. With deep gratitude, she thanked our organization for what she described as a great show of love and support. Her attitude reminds us why we do what we do — empowerment is not just about financial assistance; it is about restoring hope, dignity, and opportunity.

Her gratitude fuels our commitment to continue reaching out, supporting, and uplifting more lives within our community.

We celebrate her progress and remain dedicated to creating more stories of growth and impact.

Together, we rise.
